Dr. Dat T. Do, O.D. –Optometrist

Dr. Dat Do is dedicated to serving the South Bay Community.  He has been providing and promoting eye care in the South Bay Community over the last 5 years.  In addition to his optometric degree, he is fellowship trained in ocular pathology and refractive surgery.  His broad optometric experience includes his current position as an associate of TLC Laser Eye Center and as a Clinical Adjunct Professor at Southern California College of Optometry.  Prior to joining TLC Laser Center, Dr. Do was the Clinical Director at the Pacific Laser Eye Center and a Clinical Instructor at Omni Eye Services.  Dr. Do continues to advance the field of optometry though this work in research and continuing education classes. 
Aside from refractive surgery, Dr. Do also enjoys managing his own practice, the South Bay Vision Center, in Torrance, California.  He is a member of the American Academy of Optometry AAO and regularly contributes to various AAO-sponsored eye care journals and presentations. He has also lectured in the area of co-management of refractive surgery, glaucoma and eye diseases. 


Aside from regular optometric duties, Dr. Do has been involved in eye care in Peru and Vietnam. In his spare time, he enjoys waterskiing, snowboarding, rock climbing and training for the marathons.
